Refund and return policy

1. Absolutely no refunds or returns. Nestingstones.net is not responsible for lost stolen or damaged items.

2. We are not a shipping company and if the shipping company loses or damages your items Nestingstones.net takes no responsibility for their actions, and you will get no payments from us.

3. In the case of items being delivered and provided via tracking as delivered, again, no refund will be given.

4. If your package is opened somehow during transit and your items lost or stolen Nestingstones.net is not responsible for this and no financial compensation will be given from or through Nestingstones.net.

5. We do not send damaged items. We do not send empty packages. If item is damaged in transit, customers can return for a repair. Ask for the repair link and look at the repair link before you order for more details. If you fail to understand the repair process before you order, buyer is responsible not Nestingstones.net

6. Pdf files for custom consultations are none refundable. The pdf file payment is also to pay for my time for phone calls or me gathering information for your custom order. You can order as many custom consultations as needed.

7. If you order a PDF file/custom consultations and your items are lost or damaged, you can not get a refund of any kind. We have already done the work and used our time and you have the PDF file with added information to build a custom piece and an E-book with information on Crystals and how they work.
